Bio:

"Captain Sparrow?"

Jack stopped and looked at the teenaged girl in front of he and his first mate, and Gibbs nudged his friend. "Now this is different even for you, Jack." He said with a smirk. Jack threw a half-grin at the old pirate and then looked back to the girl. "Ah yes you were the missy from last night. Trying to get into the establishment...So glad you made it through the night. I have not a clue what I would have done if you'd been harmed, my dear. Now, be a good girl and trolley off to....er...wherever little girls...ahm.....trolley off to, hm?" And a patpat on her head and then he started to go around her, Gibbs moved around her on the other side and the teen ignored the older man but grabbed Jack's arm.

"I'm here in Tortuga for a reason, Captain. I've been looking for you for 4 months now!!"

Jack looked down at the offending grabbage of his arm and a soft snort as he tried to pry her fingers away from him and then, "Oh you have have you? Well congratulations you found me, love. Now...go on....play nicenice." And with a wave of his hand and a fluttering of fingers he started to turn again, Gibbs mumbling something to him she couldn't hear (but knew it probably wasn't very nice) and they both headed on past again back on their way to the end of the dock to the waiting longboat which would carry them back to the large black-sailed ship sitting in the harbor..

"I think I have something you may want." She called out, staying where she was, hands on her hips, squinting in the morning sun.

Jack stopped and turned to look at her. She was becoming annoying...but there was something about her tenacity. "Oh really? Well, darling...when you get to be a few years older then come see ol' Jack, hm? We can discuss it then." And another fingerwiggle but this time he froze in the middle of it. The girl was holding up a silver chain from around her neck and a "charm" hung on the chain. Actually, it was a ring. A man's ring. Large and ornate...(maybe a bit gaudy) but something that definitely catered to Jack's taste. For in the middle of the ring wasn't a gem like a ruby or topaz nor even a diamond.

In the center.....was a pearl.

Dark as midnight and shiny as if brand new. Obviously the ring had been cared for by someone....and as Jack ran a hand over his face, Gibbs blinked at his friend. "What's that...?" he asked the captain softly. Jack waved off the question and slowly prowled back up to the girl. She held it out but didn't take it from around her neck, her eyes locked onto his face.

Jack couldn't believe he'd ever see his ring again. It had been what...13....14 yea-- Waaaait....he glanced quickly at the girl. That was it. He knew in a flash of a vision...her face, the freckles, the blonde hair...but her eyes wouldn't be mistaken Dark and full of life and mischief. She had his eyes. And then back to his beloved ring, and the softest of voices. "Where did you get that?" as his hand reached out to cup under the ring and she let it rest on his palm. As if it was some highly fragile relic to the meaning of life, he gently picked up the ring to study it closely. It was definitely his. The one he had left with.....

She had his undivided attention now. And seeing the look of recognitiono f the ring on his face, she didn't know whether to smile. or.........

So she said softly.

"My name, Captain....is Trynity. Trynity..... Jakline" and a short pause. A breath taken and held for a moment. And then "........Sparrow."

"What "Code" is Gibbs to keep to if the worst should happen? "Will asked as Jack rowed the small boat into the cave and suddenly it was blacker than even the night outside. He grimaced seeing a skeleton prone on the sand of a sandy bank as they went deeper, a sword driven into the poor pirate's unlucky self.

"Pirate's Code. Any man that falls behind is left behind." Jack said calmly and not looking twice at the dead pirate. He had other things on his mind and was trying to sort them out so that the pup and the girl would be harmed least...or hopefully not at all.

"No heroes amongst thieves, eh?" Will kept on, looking over his shoulder at Jack who rowed behind him.

"You know," Jack said with a wry smirk at the boy. "For having such a bleak outlook on pirates you're well on your way to becoming one." And before Will could vocalize the words he had opened his mouth to protest with, Jack went on. "Sprung a man from jail, commandeered a ship of the Fleet, sailed with a buccaneer crew out of Tortuga...and you're completely obsessed with treasure." They both looked over the edge of the rowboat as they came up to the shore and the soft hiss of the sand on the wood. Jack stood and jumped out of the boat and headed up the way as Will jumped out and tugged the boat onto the sand a bit farther.

"That's not true. I am not obsessed with treasure~" the young blacksmith said, soon cantering up to the captain.

Jack had climbed a stand of rocks and was now looking over the cave where Barbossa and his crew were about to "fulfill" the prophecy. Or so they thought. But his gaze falling on their captive for a moment and then turning back to Will, the Captain gave a smirk at the boy.

"Not All Treasure is silver and gold, mate...."
